Kenny Medina Real Estate Advisor
Kenny Medina is a bilingual (English and Spanish)
licensed real estate agent who helps home buyers and sellers achieve their goals by
using current market-proven sales methods.
Kenny was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, and spent 20 years
living in Puerto Rico. Before his real estate career, Kenny enjoyed a career in
retail business general management for over 20 years, managing companies in Puerto Rico and Florida. His ability to analyze and understand market trends has given him an edge above many, making him successful throughout his professional years.
Kenny took his first steps in real estate years ago under the largest leasing company in the U.S., where he learned to understand the needs of clients by locating the perfect home by location and budget. In order to continue to improve his knowledge, he has taken real estate financial orientations with renowned mortgage companies, using their brokers in assisting his clients in every transaction.
Kenny has spent the last 12 years living and owning property in Orlando. He is family driven and enjoys the Florida outdoors with a special emphasis on deep-sea fishing, cart racing, theme parks, and traveling.
Kenny believes that “life has all the objections and all of

with her experience in project management let’s her provide the best experience and guidance during the real estate buying or selling process.
Marileen, like all the people who come to this country with a dream, knows closely what it means to work hard to achieve her goals. She was born and raised on the coast of Arecibo, Puerto Rico. Since she arrived in the State of Florida in 2017, after Hurricane María, her focus has been to reinvent herself and share her entire learning process with others. She is passionate about helping and educating female heads of household on personal finance and credit rectification issues.
